What motivates us?
Well when learners who, after learning from
us, go into the world and achieve success,
progress, self confidence, gives us immense
happiness and satisfaction.
We start our training from the minute
we are born or may be even before that and
it never really stops, as fortunately there
is always something new to learn. It is
extremely important to always be open to
this process in order to constantly evolve
in life. Most of us are aware that knowledge
is probably the fastest growing field: no
matter how much we know or learn. The fact
is that technology is not the only field
that changes and needs improvement everyday,
but everything else around us as well.
The reason why some people are successful in
their job, business and/or life is because
they are open to the learning process and
are aware that, in some areas, they may need
to get trained in order to fully
understand as well as practice successfully
a new technique and/or approach. It is never
too late to learn: nobody is too old or too
qualified. You must accept that everything
around you is changing constantly. Further,
the only way you can be in control of a
situation, whether it is at work or personal
life, is only through being open to learning
and/or undergoing the necessary training.
